Hi there

I am Gypsy Taub (Leagal name Oxane Taub)

I'm an activist a healer and a mother of three children

I'm currently being held at Santa Rita jailed with a $2 dollars million bail.

I have been incarcerated for over 4 months even though none of my charges have been proven there has not been a trial

I was given a total of 5 felony charges and 15 misdemeanor charges

Even if I had committed all the crimes I'm being accused of (which I did not) my bail should be $100,000 dollars according to the new bail schedule and about $500,000 according to the pre-cronovirus bail schedule. The court refused to lower my bail seven times even though it is my constitutional right to be released on reasonable bail

DA Brian Owens is keeping me in jail to make it close to impossible for me to prepare for my defense

Instead he just offered me a deal saying that he will let me out of jail immediately with no more jail time as long as I plead guilty to one of his false charges: felony stalking

He also wants me to accept 5 years of felony probation

Since the DA is open to releasing me with no more jail time it is clear that he doesn't really see me as a dangerous criminal that he claims I am when it comes to justifying his astronomical bail of $2 million

It is also clear that he doesn't have much faith in being able to prove his 20 charges against me at trial

But here I am incarcerated for over 4 months and unable to leave amidst the coronavirus outbreak in jail

Here is how I see this:

The court has given me a death sentence for saying "I love you" in an email and for allegedly posting love letters and love songs on blog.

a few days ago a man who is charged with raping two women was released from Santa Maria jail

If I am still here

will they let me out or will I die in this jail?

Here goes my story

About a year ago for (June 27 2019) I was issued a restraining order by commissioner Tamiza Hockenhull based on nothing but false accusations. Mis Hockenhull was retaliating against me

Because I had called her racist, unfair, and a disgrace at a prior hearing

at that prayer hearing she denied me and my three children a restraining order against my neighbors even though I had a video of the neighbors giving death threats and chasing with a stick trying to hit me and later trying to smash my car window commissioner Hockenhull still denied us a restraining order

At the later hearing on June 27th 2019,

The courtroom was filled with people who were seeking a restraining order most of those people had video footage and other evidence of violence committed against them as well as extensive police involvement almost no one got a restraining order that day.

Besides me.The only other person who got a restraining order was a disabled man who broke down crying because he had been denied a restraining order many times before.

in my case the alleged victim was my son's old friend Phoenix who was 14 years old at the time.

The restraining order was issued against me based on 75 emails sent to Phoenix over the course of 6 months 50 of the emails contained only music.

The rest included guided meditations and recordings about healing as well as advice regarding conflict resolution between Phoenix and his friends.

I was told by commissioner Tamiza Hockenhull that I had sent too many emails regardless of their nature.

she also said it was inappropriate to say "I love you" to a minor those were her reasons for her 4-year restraining order against me.

Phoenix did not show up for that hearing.

His mother Raven Thrasher showed up instead with a barrage of false accusations. She accused me of stalking her son non stop which was a bold face lie. Of course, no proof was presented and no witnesses showed up to confirm her accusations.

In reality I saw Phoenix in person only a few times.

I never knew and still to this day don't know his phone number I chose the least intrusive way to communicate through email I knew he could easily block my email if he didn't want them.

As soon as the restraining order was issued Phoenix put four cuts on his arm his mother refused to show him to the police when they're were notified.

I Appealed the restraining order the appellate court is due to render it's decision any day now

Since The restraining order was issued about a year ago I have been accused of violating it by posting love letters and love songs on blogs.

I was also accused of violating the restraining order by driving by Phoenix's house and stopping at traffic light even though judge Sandra Bean explicitly gave permission to use that intersection.

Phoenix is house was located right at the corner of one of the big biggest intersections in Berkeley: Ashby and Sacramento avenue which is three blocks away from my house.

Phoenix moved away last September I have no clue where he lives now.

I was given a lot of false charges one of them was molestation charge what was given to me even though I have never touched Phoenix and no one is alleging that I did that charge was based on a few random, non-sexual emails

The worst charge I was given was attempted child abduction that charge given to me because my son Daniel attempted to meet Phoenix at Target to offer him a lift ride to a youth shelter in case he needed to get away from his abusive mother my son wasn't even planning to go anywhere just to offer Phoenix a lift ride. Based on that I was charged with attempted child abduction, even tho no connection with me was ever established

every time my son tried to contact Phoenix on his own behalf I was charged with a restraining order violation

DA Brian Owens said a lot of outrageous lies about me to judge yolandra Northridge and most likely to the other judges who denied my bail reduction later

He claimed hat I had six CPS reports about me sexually abusing my own children and even more reports of child neglect which is all a bold face lie my children wouldn't be with me now if any of that was true

DA's have immunity and cannot be held accountable for their lies

The DA also led the judge to believe that I sent a nude photo of myself to Phoenix which is not true I have never sent Phoenix any photos of myself, neither have I ever sent him any links to any of my photos. Nude Photos of me and others are posted on my body freedom blog www.mynakedtruth.tv If Phoenix chooses to visit my blogs and view my photos that is on him that doesn't incriminate me in any way

If Phoenix really wants to have nothing to do with me as his mother claims then why is he reading my blogs? And if he's not reading my blogs then how is he being hurt by their content

I've had a really bad toothache for 2 months now the jail won't take me to a dentist it can take 7 months to see a dentist I also have asthma since my my early 20s I have been able to keep it under control all these years with Chinese herbs and a raw organic diet but here in jail my asthma has been flaring up

Im a single mother of three children ages 15, 17, and 19 my children really miss me and really need my help

I also run a holistic healing clinic for street kids in Mexico

I help troubled youth quit hard drugs and heal from PTSD and depression

I was born in Moscow, Russia, on June 18th 1969.

I have been living in the US since 1988.

I have three children: son Daniel Gonzalez age 15, son Nebosvod Gonzalez age 17, daughter Inti Gonzalez age 19. I currently live in Berkeley.

I am well known for my 911 truth activism, my media activism, my body freedom activism, and recently my psychedelic activism.

I am one of the founders of the 9/11 truth movement in the US. I hosted film screenings and other educational events, produced numerous 911- truth TV series in Berkeley and San Francisco with the goal of educating the public of 9/11 being an inside job (planned and executed by the US government itself).

I have produced many different TV series over the past 15 plus years.

My TV series included the subjects of:

911 truth
Anti war
Election fraud
Legalization of psychedelic medicine
Philosophical discussions about life and personal liberation.
Body freedom

My longest running and most well-known TV series is my naked truth TV. Which features nude interviews with free-thinking people as well as news coverage on my nude protests and parades.

I started a TV series around 2008.

I rarely submit new episodes these days but I believe they might be still aring my old episodes at San Francisco and Berkeley public Access stations.

I am internationally known for my body freedom activism that started with my protest against the nudity brand in San Francisco in 2012.

Since then our victory and district Court allowed us to get permits for our nude events and our protests I've turned to parades.

I have appeared in documentarys in Germany, Holand, Norway, and the US.

A documentary film by a well-known Norwegian filmmaker, Jan Dalchow, was due to be released in Europe this April. That film features my body freedom activism.

My recent activism has being focused on legalization of psychedelic medicine. I testified at the Oakland City council hearing last June where a number of psychedelic plants war unanimously decriminalized.

I have been helping Street kids in Mexico since December of 2016.

I help them heal from addiction, PTSD and depression.

I also help them in any other way I can. I feed them, provide them a housing when I can, buy them phones and bicycles.
